Sales Assistants

(Full Time)
Job description:

1. Receiving and organizing shop items accordingly.

2. Restocking shop items and ensuring sales floor is organized according to guidelines.

3. Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.

4. Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.

5. Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.

7. Processing customer payments using the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system.

8. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of shop items to provide advice and recommendations as required.

 

Working hours: Shift rotation

Salary: RM2000.00

Job Types: Full-time,Contract

Contract length: 6 months

 

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
